Hi John,

During this season of gratitude, all of us at OLCV want to thank you for everything you do all year long to help protect the Oregon we love. We’ve had some important wins this year for Oregon’s people, climate, and environment, and none of it would be possible without you. 

This year’s session was one of the most challenging in recent years, but you helped us get strong pro-climate and pro-environment bills over the finish line–and helped us stop bad bills and rollbacks to climate protections and our land use system. You also advocated for a climate-smart Farm Bill and protections for Oregon’s majestic Owyhee Canyonlands. You’ve sent emails to legislators, provided public testimony on bills, met with elected officials, and attended town halls, rallies, and other events. Your tireless activism inspires us every day. 

Our work–protecting Oregon’s natural legacy, electing pro-climate and pro-environment candidates, and holding our elected leaders accountable–is always challenging, but it’s easier knowing that we are in it together. Thousands of OLCV supporters including you give us the strength and power we need to continue protecting the Oregon we love.
