This year hasn't been easy, Johh.

We've had to fight hard for our democracy, our Colorado values, and for hardworking families across the country. With so much happening in Congress, and so many speaker votes, it is sometimes hard to find the time to slow down and think about the things that matter.

So today I decided to sit down and make a list of all the things in my life that I am grateful for. Specifically, this is a list of the people that keep me motivated to carry on the fight:

My husband and our children, I don't know where I would be without their love and their support.

My puppy, Fiona — the world's most dedicated paw-licy advisor and squirrel chaser.

My amazing team and their dedication to keeping Colorado moving forward.

Finally, I am thankful for you. For every cause you've supported and every dollar you've donated. Your ongoing support has allowed me to keep fighting in Congress every day.

As you celebrate Thanksgiving tomorrow, I urge all of you to spend time with the people you love and remember everything around us that makes the world a better place.
