As the year wraps up and we look back on our progress, we want to thank you, John, for your support to our mission to protect people and nature from the threat of climate change.

Thanks to people like you, we are advancing bold solutions that stabilize the climate, strengthen the ability of people and nature to thrive and support people’s health.

With folks like you by our side, we were able to make a lot of progress on our goals this year including:

# Launching the Climate Vulnerability Index showing where action, investment and effective solutions are most urgently needed: [link removed];
# Encouraging EPA to set stronger pollution standards for heavy- and light-duty vehicles;
# Educating decision-makers and local leaders on how to take full advantage of programs in the Inflation Reduction Act;
# Putting the finishing touches on MethaneSAT, a satellite launching in 2024 that will track methane emissions and provide free data to decision-makers around the world.

There’s a lot on the horizon for us in 2024. Keep up with our efforts by checking out Vital Signs, our online magazine. We cover everything from the work we’re doing to save mangroves in Ecuador to how cutting methane improves our health to our top five climate science TikTok accounts.
