Dear Patriot,

Today, I’m giving thanks for you and the entire liberty movement. I hope you have a great time with your friends and family this Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving means a lot to Carol and me as we gather with loved ones to celebrate.

As the planning and preparations kick into high gear, I can’t help but think about how thankful I am for you and other patriots who have put so much effort into the fight for liberty in this country.

Since I started Campaign for Liberty 15 years ago, you’ve helped launch a R3VOLution of people who are passionate about liberty and refuse to give up.

Thousands upon thousands have taken action across the country to reclaim the republic and restore the Constitution.

In my final address to Congress years ago, I noted that “resistance to illegal and unconstitutional usurpation of our rights is required.” Each of us must choose which course of action we should take - education, conventional political action, or even peaceful civil disobedience, to bring about the necessary changes.

“But let it not be said that we did nothing.”

It certainly cannot be said of us that we did nothing.

While the challenges you and I continue to face are numerous, I have reason to be optimistic for the future.

It hasn’t been easy, and at times the odds seem overwhelmingly against us.

But I have hope.

No challenge is too great if you and I continue to stand united in our determination to be free.

I am so thankful you have chosen to join with us, and I am grateful for your support this past year to keep C4L leading the fight for liberty.

As we gather with friends and family, let us pause to give thanks for living in a nation founded on eternal principles that are worth fighting to preserve.
