The Clerk's Office team put a lot of time and energy into creating a new Clerk's Office website that is simple, quick and easy to navigate.? I?d like to give special recognition to our team member, Rick Strobl, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the website transition relatively? painless for the rest of us.? New County Website Makes Finding Clerk's Office Content Quick and Easy!?

The County launched a new slicker design in Mid November.
The Clerk's Office team put a lot of time and energy into creating a Clerk's Office website that is simple, quick and easy to navigate.?
County residents can use their computers, tablets or smart phones to order copies of court, real estate, birth, death or marriage records.
Coming soon will be an easy search of historical election results to go along with a free robust land records search.

November 7, 2023 Election Results
On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, several local communities in Macomb County, including?Center Line, Eastpointe, Fraser, Mount Clemens, New Baltimore, Richmond City, Roseville, St. Clair?Shores, Village of Grosse Pointe Shores, and the City of Warren, held general elections.
In addition,?local proposals for the?City of Roseville, Richmond Township, the Anchor Bay School District, and the Lakeview Public School District, were decided.

Canvassers Reappointed
We welcome back to the Macomb County Board of Canvassers members Sarah Stovall (D) and Lori Mabee (R), who were unanimously reappointed by the Board of Commissioners.? The four-person bipartisan board, which also includes?Alysa Diebolt (D) and?Nancy Tiseo (R), recently finished the canvass of the November 7, 2023 Election. The Board of Canvassers is responsible for certifying all election results in the County.

Governor Calls Special Election for State Representative, District 13
State Representative for District 13, Lori Stone, was elected Mayor of Warren at the November 7, 2023 election.? Her election as Mayor and resignation as State Representative created a vacancy in the House of Representatives.? Governor Whitmer called a special election to fill that vacancy.? The filing deadline for Republican and Democratic candidates elapses on November 27 at 4:00 p.m.? The Special Primary Election will be held on January 30, 2024.? The Special General Election will be held April 16, 2024.
