Team, Donald Trump reminds us every day why we need to stop him next November, but we wanted to make sure you saw what he said last week:

“We pledge to you that we will root out the communists, Marxists, fascists and the radical left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country that lie and steal and cheat on elections.”

That’s the rhetoric of fascists, dictators, and Hitler.

And Team Trump wouldn’t apologize – in fact, they doubled down. Trump’s spokesman said that if people don’t like Trump’s language, “their entire existence will be crushed when President Trump returns to the White House.”

Folks, democracy is at stake in the 2020 election. Trump has made it clear that he wants to “crush” his political opponents, that he will treat his enemies as “vermin,” that he’s willing to cozy up to dictators like Putin and Kim Jong Un, and parrot the language of Hitler and Mussolini.
