Happy Thanksgiving, Friend,

As the year winds down and the holiday season begins, we want to take a moment to give thanks to all of our network of members, allies, friends and supporters who are committed to making a Just Economy a national priority and a local reality.

Next Tuesday is #GivingTuesday, a day to celebrate and encourage donations to nonprofits and charities you value. We hope you’ll include NCRC in your end-of-year giving plans.

NCRC embodies the idea of giving back. We create, investigate, invest and advocate for systemic changes to expand opportunities for all Americans to build wealth and live well.

As we give thanks and share love with our friends and families, we’re also grateful for the economic and social justice champions like you who support our work and provide us with the motivation to keep going despite difficult odds.

NCRC provides agenda-setting research, training, insight and advocacy on behalf of under-served communities nationwide. We renovate and build affordable homes for low- and moderate-income families, provide expertise and financial support to housing counselors, and business-building expertise to entrepreneurs. Our research, investigations and publications on discrimination in lending and housing inform and prompt policymakers to pursue stronger laws, rules and enforcement to protect consumers and to ensure that the private sector does its part to drive inequality out of the economy.

We’ve got a long way to go, and we can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.
