PFAW Member,
Russia continues their efforts to interfere in the 2020 election to help get Donald Trump re-elected, this time in ways just as nefarious as in 2016. The New York Times reports that the Russian government has increased its efforts to exacerbate racial tensions in the U.S. by attempting to influence white supremacist groups leading up to the 2020 election.1
Demand that Senate Republicans act NOW to stop foreign interference in our elections! >>
We already know that Russia targeted all 50 states in the 2016 election, successfully infiltrating systems in states like Illinois, Florida, and Arizona.2 And former Special Counsel Robert Mueller warned the American people last summer that another attack was coming. But Mitch McConnell and some Republican senators are STILL BLOCKING the common-sense election security measures that would address this threat.
The inaction of Senate Republicans is an open invitation to those foreign entities who want to interfere with our elections.
ADD YOUR NAME: the American people -- not Russian hackers -- should be the only ones who decide the outcome of our elections this November >>
The Senate must immediately pass strong election security reforms.
Thanks for all that you do,
- Zach, PFAW
