John, Since I launched this campaign against MAGA Republican David Schweikert I've spoken with thousands of people and, almost universally, all everyone wants is the chaos to stop, the hatred and vitriol to end and a government that works to make our lives better and more joyful.

So, why do I remain so optimistic?

I believe more of us are hopeful.

I believe more of us are kind.

I believe more of us care about the less fortunate.

I believe more of us believe in the humanity of others.

These are just some of the things I believe. And because I know I'm right, WE will overcome, WE will persevere and WE will triumph over those who want to tear down our country and our democracy.

If you believe as I do then I'm asking for your help. I'm working to go to Washington to represent the best in us and this is, literally, my life's work.
