Jack, sign the petition to your governor: Abolish captive audience meetings.

Employers are legally allowed to force workers to listen to anti-union rhetoric to keep them from collectively organizing. This is called a captive audience meeting–a major tool in the union-busting toolbox.
These meetings are done during work hours to force attendance and create environments where employees fear retaliation for union support.
State governments can and are fighting back! Six states have already enacted legislation to ban captive audience meetings. Now, we fight to ban this union-busting tactic across the country.
We cannot allow corporations to continue infringing on workers' rights to organize.
Sign the petition to your governor today! Ban captive audience meetings!
