Legislative Update

As we gather with family and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving, I am filled with gratitude for the many blessings that make our nation exceptional. This holiday season, I want to take a moment to express my sincere thanks to each and every one of you for your unwavering support and dedication to our shared values.

This year has presented its fair share of challenges, but through it all, we have demonstrated resilience and unity as a community. As we reflect on the past year, I am thankful for the opportunities we have had to work together to advance policies that promote economic growth and individual liberty.

Results

One initiative I am very proud to be a part of is a competition with several local businesses to compete with each other to donate to our local food bank. Our employees all bring in donations for the food bank that we then match in a competition to raise more than our neighbors. This year the group of companies that compete raised nearly $10,000 worth of donations combined.

I am also grateful for the sacrifices made by our servicemen and women, both past and present, who ensure that we can enjoy the freedoms we hold dear. Their dedication and courage deserve our deepest appreciation, especially during this season of gratitude.

As we gather around the table to give thanks, let us also remember those who may be missing a loved one around the table this year. No matter the reason I know firsthand how difficult it can be to not have those people around celebrating and giving thanks with you.

May this Thanksgiving be a time of joy, reflection, and unity for you and your loved ones. I am honored to serve as your representative, and I look forward to continuing our work next session.
