To all NumbersUSA Members from CEO James Massa
Dear John,

I don't want to miss the opportunity to say "Happy Thanksgiving" to each of you and to thank you for your activism and support as we work with you to achieve sensible immigration policy. I have some additional "thanks" that impacts you going out to the NumbersUSA team who has been working for over a year on what I am about to share with you. (drum roll, please)

To help empower your voice to be heard in achieving sensible immigration when Congress returns to funding the government in January and February, we are pleased to announce the launch of our refreshed website on Monday, November 27th, 2023. This site modernizes our look and feel, makes the site adjust to fit with mobile devices, and expands options for you to share your voice on email, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

The new site goes live on Monday, November 27th.
This new site is intended to be less of a news feed and more of a tools and resources site that people of all interests can click on and find relevant information regarding immigration data, issues, and the solutions for which NumbersUSA advocates in order to achieve better immigration. The Action Board, Grade Cards, and other tools with which you are familiar are very much part of the new site.

The refreshed site also includes an updated logo, tagline, and easy-to-access pages for our expanded Initiatives, which include our always-focus on Federal government, a new initiative focused on States, our long-standing efforts on Sustainability, and two newly launched initiatives, Hiring Line and Alliances.

There is more to come! We have intentionally trimmed down the site so that we can continue to add fresh content and new features that you will be able to easily find and use.

FIRST, let's get you logged into the new site.

Keeping Your Existing Account and Data:
You have to wait until Monday, November 27th, when the new site launches. When you log in then, follow these instructions.

We understand the importance of a seamless transition. To ensure that you retain all associated data with your existing account, we've implemented a straightforward process for your first login on the new website.

As with virtually all modern websites, we now offer two ways to Log In. You can use your email address and NumbersUSA account password OR you can use your "social media" (Facebook, Google, etc.) login. If they are one and the same, meaning your NumbersUSA account email is the same as your social media (Facebook, Google, etc.) account email, then either will work for your first log-in with all your information being available.

IF THEY ARE NOT THE SAME, meaning your NumbersUSA account email is different than your social media (Facebook, Google, etc.) account email, then you MUST use option one below for the first time you log in if you want to retain your account information.

1) Using Your Email Address:
⬤ Visit our new website.
⬤ Select the 'Login' option.
⬤ Enter the email address and password associated with your existing NumbersUSA account.
⬤ Account access should be transparent and seamless.
⬤ You are now at the NumbersUSA refreshed website, and all your account information has been retained.
2) Using Social Media or Single Sign-On Authentication:
⬤ Click one of the social media or third-party account buttons (i.e., Google, Apple, or Facebook).
⬤ You will be prompted to allow your third-party account information to be used to login to NumbersUSA.
⬤ Follow the on-screen instructions to access your account.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To access your existing NumbersUSA account, your login with these third-party accounts must use the same email address as the one on your existing NumbersUSA account. If they are not the same, you will be creating a new account. If this occurs and it is not what you intend, please contact [email protected]
Reminder:

⬤ New Account Creation Trigger: If you attempt to log in with an email not associated with your existing NumbersUSA account, or with a third-party account not linked to your existing account email, this will initiate the creation of a new account. This new account will not retain any data from your original account.
⬤ The first time you log in, you might be prompted to update your profile.
