[[link removed]]Progress Update for Taxpayer

Taxpayer, several weeks ago, we asked you to help rescue
forty baby piglets (the “NIH 40”) from maximum pain Ebola experiments.

[[link removed]]

You stepped up. Our grassroots army donated, too.

Then, we rallied Congress to put NIH’s white coats in the hot seat:

* Sen. Joni Ernst fired off a letter to the new NIH Director demanding answers
about the baby pigs— and other abused animals, too.

* Rep. Matt Rosendale introduced an amendment to NIH’s 2024 budget to cut
funding for dangerous animal experiments at this max pain lab.

Last night, in the House of Representatives, we unanimously PASSED this de-fund
amendment. Taxpayer, that’s what we call instant impact!

There’s still much more work to be done for the NIH 40. And I’ll keep you posted
every step of the way… starting with our new blog below.

You Give. We Win. They Survive.

Instant Impact: Senators Probe Dangerous NIH Animal Lab Following WCW Exposé of
Fauci’s Tests on Zoo Bats

[[link removed]]

Last week, White Coat Waste Project (WCW) launched a viral new investigation
[[link removed]] detailing how—at least a year prior to the pandemic—a shady Maryland zoo whose
curator was a National Institutes of Health (NIH) animal experimenter shipped
off bats to a deadly NIH virus superlab
[[link removed]] to be infected with a coronavirus obtained from the notorious Wuhan lab that
experts believe caused COVID.

[[link removed]]

Days after our exposé broke, Montana's Congressman Matt Rosendale (R-MT)
[[link removed]] introduced amendments to the NIH's 2024 spending bill to defund some of the
dangerous animal experiments at this lab located in his home state.

Another one of the first lawmakers to call for answers and accountability from
the NIH’s Rocky Mountain Lab was Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA). Sen. Ernst has been
leading efforts with WCW since early 2020 to defund the Wuhan lab
[[link removed]] , the disgraced EcoHealth Alliance
[[link removed]] , and other dangerous animal labs at home and overseas
[[link removed]] .

[[link removed]]

Now, citing WCW’s recent investigations of the NIH’s virus superlab and its maximum pain
[[link removed]] Ebola and coronavirus experiments, Sen. Ernst has fired off a letter to newly-appointed NIH Director Monica Bertagnolli
[[link removed]] demanding answers about the dangerous bioagent lab’s taxpayer-funded virus
experiments on primates, bats, baby pigs and other animals.

[[link removed]]

The letter, which was co-signed by Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-MO)
[[link removed]] , highlights the NIH lab’s history of security breaches and infected animals
escaping and requests information about its ongoing collaborations with the disgraced EcoHealth Alliance
[[link removed]] , its ties to labs in China, and its involvement in gain-of-function
experiments that can cause pandemics. Read the full letter
[[link removed]] .

[[link removed]]Sen. Ernst led successful campaigns with WCW to defund the Wuhan lab
[[link removed]] and Fauci’s wasteful runny nose tests on beagles
[[link removed]] . Sen. Schmitt is leading a WCW-backed bipartisan bill
[[link removed]] to crack down on taxpayer-funded animal labs in foreign countries.

We’re grateful for Sens. Ernst and Schmitt’s ongoing leadership in efforts to
find, expose, and defund dangerous and wasteful taxpayer-funded animal
experiments!

Taxpayers shouldn't be forced to pay $20 billion+ for wasteful government animal experiments.
