John, in September I wrote to you about the brave musicians at the North Carolina Symphony who stood their ground and stuck to their religious convictions in the face of vaccine mandates.

But even after they did everything asked of them, and submitted their exemption requests exactly as required, they lost their jobs.

We’re suing on their behalf, and I wanted to make sure you are in the loop on this crucial case…especially ahead of the holidays.

Because I’m sure you remember what it was like to have the government tell you when you were allowed to worship God, when you could leave your home, and who you were allowed to see.

And I’m sure you’ve heard the murmurs of certain government officials trying to bring some of these restrictions back.

That’s why we won’t let this case go.

So if you’re in the position to give a generous, tax-deductible donation of $35 or more to join us in the fight for religious freedom, I hope you will.

Because even when these musicians jumped through every hoop asked of them, it still wasn’t enough.

The State wanted complete and total control over their lives – just like it wanted complete and total control over your life.

So even though Chris Caudill, Rachel Niketopoulos, and Dovid Friedlander refused the COVID vaccine due to their sincerely held religious beliefs and followed the appropriate protocol for obtaining an exemption…

…they still lost everything.

The North Carolina Symphony filed a motion to dismiss our lawsuit – but we’re opposing it.

Because we’ve seen what happens when Big Pharma and Big Government come together.

The American people always pay the price.

Sincerely,
