Friend,
It has been just a few days since Emily announced her candidacy for Washington’s 6th Congressional District, and she is thrilled to say that the announcement has been met by an overwhelmingly positive response from the community, her colleagues, and the press.
Here is what the Tacoma News Tribune [[link removed]] said:
“When asked what she thinks needs to be changed in Congress and how she would address those issues, Randall said one of the frustrations she hears “over and over” is with toxic rhetoric between political parties. She believes the work she has done alongside her Republican colleagues in Washington state puts the needs of people first.”
And here is a clip from the Washington State Standard [[link removed]] :
“Randall, who grew up in Port Orchard and lives in Bremerton, said she’ll work to expand higher education access, lower health care costs, and protect abortion rights, issues on which she’s focused as a state lawmaker. If elected, she would be the first LGBTQ+ member of Washington’s congressional delegation.”
It is great news that we are off to such a strong start! But we need your help to make sure we keep up this momentum. At this early stage of the race, fundraising is critical—we need resources to prove that our campaign is viable and to ensure that our message is heard by voters. We would be very grateful if you could contribute $50, $100, $500, or even more to our campaign today. [[link removed]]
Thank you for your faith in this campaign!
