The HVAC Shop Supervisor is a working supervisory position that will be responsible for managing the daily maintenance, repair, tenant reimbursable request and operations of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), and HVAC Controls. This position ensures that all service orders, preventative maintenance, and tenant alternation work is scheduled and completed in accordance with established?Department of Enterprise Services Buildings & Grounds (B&G) Division?standards. You will also ensure that the HVAC and HVAC Controls? work performed by B&G staff is in accordance with all laws, regulations, and federal, state, and local code requirements.
Full-Time | Permanent
Monday - Friday | 7am -3:30pm
