Will you share your thanks to postal workers?

Dear John,

The holiday season is upon us and people from coast to coast are getting in the holiday spirit sending cards and gifts to friends and family. For postal workers, that means Peak Season is here.

Peak Season is when postal workers see the highest volume of letters and packages. We work long hours to keep the mail moving because we know how important that mail is to you. Whether we’re delivering vital medications or seasonal joy to family members far away, the next few weeks will be the busiest time for us.

In our 2022 National Convention, postal workers asked voted to recognize Nov. 27 as Public Post Office Day.  We invite you to share your thanks and well wishes to postal workers. What do you want to say to postal workers this holiday season?

The work postal workers do behind the scenes often goes unnoticed. So, this year we want to pass your message on to our members – send a word of thanks or encouragement to the people who work behind the scenes to get the holiday mail to doorsteps in every community.
