This might sound crazy, but a new poll from NBC shows that Donald Trump is actually leading among younger voters aged 18-45. That’s a trend we need to be extremely worried about.

Here’s the truth: If elected a second time, Donald Trump will criminalize women and doctors for providing abortion care, open the gates for corporate polluters to make climate change worse, and raise the age of retirement. He’s the worst possible choice for young voters.

But it’s not enough to assume that young people are going to show up for Democrats like they have in the past. We know that young people are extremely passionate about the issues they care about - so we have to make sure that we’re speaking to the issues that matter to them.
