I've never been afraid to do what's right.

In the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, I stood alone as the sole member of Congress to vote against the Authorization for Use of Military Force in 2001, which gave President Bush nearly unlimited authority to wage endless war in Afghanistan. And I am the only candidate in this race who voted against the Iraq War in 2002.

Now, I'm the only candidate in this race calling for a ceasefire in the devastating war claiming the lives of thousands in Israel and Gaza.

John, I'm running because we need more advocates for peace in the Senate.

There is currently only ONE senator calling for a ceasefire. As it stands, there simply are not enough strong progressive voices in the Senate championing peace and the progressive policies you and I so deeply believe in.

I have proven time and time again that I'm not afraid to stand up for what's right – even if it means standing alone. But I can't bring my fight for progress to the Senate without your help, that's why I have to ask:

If you're with me in the fight to build a better foreign policy and a more peaceful world, will you endorse my campaign today?
