Indulge in the delightful flavors of the season with this heart-healthy Spinach Parmesan Dip recipe! Packed with nutritious spinach and the goodness of Parmesan, it's a guilt-free delight for your taste buds.

Heart-Healthy Spinach Parmesan Dip
Ingredients🍴
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Whole-grain crackers or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions👩‍🍳
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the crackers/veggies.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Serve warm with whole-grain crackers or fresh veggies.
