EMET is supporting the Hostage and Missing Families Forum to promote the “Seats of Hope Campaign,” and we believe this is an opportunity for all of us to make a meaningful impact.
As we come together with our loved ones at our Thanksgiving tables, it’s a moment to contemplate the blessings in our lives and be thankful for our surroundings. Yet, it is equally as important to remember those who are facing tremendous challenges, particularly those held hostage in Gaza.
Here's how you can get involved in the Seats of Hope Campaign:
Reserve an empty chair around your Thanksgiving table and Host a Hostage.
This empty chair represents our commitment to keeping the issue of hostages in Gaza in our hearts and homes.
Follow the link www.seatsofhope.net, to download a "Reserved" sign to place at your table.
Take a moment to discuss with your loved ones the significance of this gesture, shining a light on the story of the hostage.
We encourage you to capture your Thanksgiving setup, including the reserved space for our absent guests, and share it on this platform using the “upload” button.
Your act of remembrance sends a compelling message of hope and support to the families of those still held, reassuring them that they are not alone in their struggle for reunification.
Our tables, and hearts, remain incomplete until every hostage returns home.
