Is anyone surprised that the obnoxious, aggressive, ultra-MAGA Republican Trent Leisy faced charges for harassment and for “knowingly and recklessly causing bodily injury to a child”?
He only jumped into this race a few weeks ago, butthe picture of my opponent Trent Leisy is getting pretty clear…
We cannot afford to have a criminal like this represent us in the U.S. House of Representatives. It’s bad enough with people like Lauren Boebert, Mike Johnson, and Marjorie Taylor Greene running the GOP House—Trent Leisy would drag things even lower into the muck.
This district has traditionally supported Republicans like Ken Buck, who at least respect the rule of law and the value of bipartisanship to solve real problems. MAGA fringe extremists like Leisy are not popular in any part of Colorado, as Lauren Boebert’s 546-vote margin of victory attests.
Together, we can absolutely beat this convicted MAGA criminal. But it’s going to take all of us doing what we can to win.
Thank you for standing against MAGA extremism in Colorado and throughout our country. We can stop them if we work together to win in every district.
