I’m appalled to see that the 8th Circuit has ruled to strip civil rights groups and individuals of their right to sue in the fight for equal access to the ballot box under the Voting Rights Act.

This radical decision not only goes against decades of precedent and practice, it threatens our ability to defend the fundamental right to vote.
