President's Message
Why We're Grateful This Year

Dear John,
It’s that time again. Hard to believe that the Holiday Season is here. Can you believe it’s almost 2024? Boy, the time is going fast.

At this Thanksgiving, we are so very grateful for this 30-year journey, powered by your support, encouragement and resilience.

Our work is really making a huge difference in helping people prevent Alzheimer’s and change the world. We are so grateful for the happy e-mails we have received from many of you to share about how our work is not only benefitting you, but others as well.

As we look to the New Year, I want to ask you to please continue to support our mission of eradicating Alzheimer’s and saving families.

That’s right, by supporting the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation, you’ll ensure that we continue to provide crucial education and outreach to those at risk. After all, education is the most powerful tool we have in stopping Alzheimer’s.

Your tax deductible donation will go a long way to shine a light on your ARPF and help us reveal our message to people who really need it.
Will you please help by donating at #GivingTuesday?

If you donate just $30, we’ll give you something fantastic in return: our latest White Paper that reveals all of our 30 years of groundbreaking research. This White Paper helps explain the meaning and impact of our work. You’ll love it.

We are exceedingly grateful for your help in preventing Alzheimer’s and changing the world.

Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.
President / Medical Director

Brain health span encompasses a range of factors that contribute to the overall well-being and functionality of the brain. It goes beyond merely avoiding neurological diseases (like Alzheimer’s disease) and focuses on optimizing cognitive performance, resilience, and overall mental health. In essence, it involves maintaining a healthy brain throughout the different stages of life, allowing individuals to enjoy vibrant mental capacities and cognitive abilities as they age.

In this webinar, diverse experts will outline ways of boosting your brain health span at individual, community, national and global levels.

IN MEMORIAM
Lucia Paris
Our hearts are heavy with the loss of our dear friend and colleague, Lucia Paris. Lucia was part of the ARPF educational steering committee and a graduate of the Brain Longevity Therapy Training. She was such a joy to work with and we will miss her passion for caregiving.

Lucia worked in elder and dementia care for 15 years. She was an advocate of prevention and spent much of her time researching holistic modalities. She completed BLTT in 2020 and shared the 4 Pillars of Prevention through blogging, social media, webinars, and speaking. She was working on her book Cappuccinos with Otto which takes the reader on a light-hearted journey with her dad who she helped care for as he aged.

All of us at ARPF send the Paris family gratitude for the time we got to spend with her.
