We know you might have seen Summer Lee in the news a lot lately. She's
been out there, boldly standing up for something we all care deeply about:
peace — and protecting innocent moms, dads, children and babies from the
horrific atrocities of war. But, standing up for peace isn’t easy, and
Summer's been facing a lot of pushback just for advocating for a world
free from violence.

together for peace and showing those trying to bring her down that we're

Think about all the children and innocent lives caught up in all of
this—over 4000 children in Gaza have been killed in the last month and a
half—they deserve better, and Summer is out here fighting for their
future.

As momentum grows across communities to end the violence and bring the
hostages home, Summer’s voice has been louder than others. She has been
stepping up alongside rabbis, local community members, veterans, and so
many others.

But the bad part is that has made her a HUGE target and Republican-funded
groups are now pouring **MILLIONS** of dollars into campaigns to unseat
her. It's not right, and she needs to know today that we're with her.

Summer's message is simple and powerful: everyone, no matter if they're
Israeli or Palestinian, should be able to live a life without fear and
violence. It's a basic idea that shouldn't cause such a controversy and we
can't just sit back and watch as they try to take her down for standing up
for what's obviously right.
