* *Audience:* Providers of in-scope services for EVV that provide personal care services, including some waiver services, and home health care and other interested parties
* *Effective date:*?Immediately
* *Summary:* DHS launched the fourth and final phase of EVV implementation for home health care providers on Oct. 16, 2023. All required EVV service providers (i.e., personal care services, including some waiver services, and home health care), regardless of payer, are live with EVV.

* *Audience:* Lead agency staff and all interested parties
* *Summary:* This announcement provides a summary of updates DHS made to the CBSM in October 2023.

* *Audience:* Lead agency waiver supervisors, case managers and assessors
* *Effective date:*?Immediately
* *Summary:* Lead agencies and providers may now use the SMRT Document Portal to submit documentation for SMRT disability certification.

* *Audience:* People who support adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, lead agencies, provider organizations, mental health services providers and other interested parties

* *Summary:* DHS and the University of Minnesota Institute on Community Integration invite you to register for an online presentation about how to treat anxiety using a multicomponent intervention package that integrates positive behavior support and cognitive behavior therapy.
