* Selecting the winners of our newest program, Community Capital, a start-up incubator program for BIPOC entrepreneurs from The Bronx, Harlem and Washington Heights with up to $50k in seed money available for winners

* Giving away over 2,000 turkeys to families this Thanksgiving

* Placing 20 undocumented youth in internship placements at local colleges, universities and local businesses through our paid Beyond Rising internship program

* Making the holiday season brighter with our second-ever toy drive for local families

* Launching Rise Leadership, a development program for high school sophomores and juniors to become creators, critical thinkers, community leaders and social change-makers, with the opportunity to go on an international service learning and cultural immersion international trip
