Hi John,

There's only 4 days left to respond to the Department of Education's Public Consultation on new regulations - issued by the Westminster Government - that will force all post-primary schools in Northern Ireland to teach children how to “access abortion”; and teach them that killing babies in the womb is a “legal right”. But giving pupils any pro-life views that oppose abortion will not be allowed. Schools will also be required to teach children as young as age 11 about "enjoying" so-called “sexual rights”.

Although parents may request their child be excused from specified elements of RSE, parents CAN NOT request their child be excused when abortion is integrated into other lessons such as RE, Biology, History, Drama and English.

These intrusive and undemocratic government regulations must be resisted and rejected.

The Westminster Government has already forced abortion on Northern Ireland, and they're now hell-bent on indoctrinating our children with their abortion propaganda. We must send out a clear message to the Government that we will never accept in our schools, their promotion of killing unborn babies.

If you haven't yet responded to the Consultation, it is vital that you show your opposition before the deadline of 5pm on Friday 24th November - whether you are a parent, grandparent, teacher, or just a member of the public who wants children protected. Please also encourage your family and friends to respond.

Stop the Promotion of Abortion to our School Children

When these new RSE regulations were announced, Precious Life immediately published a new leaflet urging parents to oppose the Government’s compulsory promotion of abortion to school children in Northern Ireland.

Over the past 3 months, we have distributed thousands of our leaflets across Northern Ireland. We told parents their rights as first educators of their children, and encouraged them to contact their School Principal, Teachers, Board of Governors, MLAs & MPs, and Church Leaders to make a stand and oppose these forced RSE regulations.

HOW TO RESPOND TO THE CONSULTATION
You can download the Consultation Booklet HERE....
Or you can respond online HERE...

The Consultation consists of only 4 statements and you are asked to indicate if you agree, disagree, or neither agree or disagree.

However, the Consultation statements are deceptively worded and full of presuppositions that what's planned to be taught to our children will be “factual, age appropriate, and scientifically accurate”. Parents cannot trust any teaching resources to be 'factual, age appropriate, or scientifically accurate' when they come from a Government that says killing babies is a "legal right".

That's why it's so important you use the "additional comments" section to state your total opposition to the Government's entire RSE regulations.

Precious Life has produced guidance to help people respond to the Consultation (see below). Fill in the "additional comments" section in your own words, using the points provided in our guidance, and any other comments you might like to add. If you require any help on how to respond, or want further information, please contact us on 02890278484 or email [email protected]

PRO-LIFE OUTREACH
Don’t forget our Street Outreach continues this Saturday as we educate the public on the humanity of the unborn child and expose the true horror of abortion. And our peaceful Pro-Life Vigils continue at the 'buffer zones' around the abortion centres in Northern Ireland. If you’d like to help, give us a call on 02890278484 or email [email protected]
