Senator Menendez has just been charged with a new corruption charge – conspiracy to act as a foreign agent.

The latest charge alleges: Menendez met with an Egyptian intelligence official in Menendez’s Senate office. Here’s what Andy had to say about the news:

“As a former national security official who swore an oath to defend our Constitution, I cannot stand by as the Senator representing my family and my state has been accused of acting as a foreign agent. Given the severity of these charges, the U.S. Senate should vote on expulsion.”
