You and our other members have helped Judicial Watch take an historic leadership role in forcing states to follow federal election laws that are our last line of defense against voter fraud and corrupt elections.

Dear Fellow American,

I can’t remember when Judicial Watch has been more involved in so many important investigations and federal lawsuits where having adequate financial resources are key.... since our independent research, investigative and legal work continues to be indispensable weapons in fighting for the rule of law.

And that’s why I ask you to help us with a special contribution today!

Here are just three critically important wins we have recently scored for the rule of law and the American people’s right to know:

  • We won another major victory for honest elections when we settled our clean voter rolls lawsuit against Colorado. Our National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) lawsuit was filed in October 2020. Since then, Colorado’s voter removals have increased by a whopping 78%! What’s more, in our settlement, the state has agreed to report its yearly progress in cleaning its voter rolls of ineligible names to Judicial Watch for the next six years. This is how we keep elections honest!
  • We continue to break new ground in exposing how our tax dollars are being used to spread Critical Race Theory in public institutions. A Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed on behalf of a concerned citizens’ group against the Department of Defense forced the release of documents that show the U.S. Air Force Academy has made race and gender instruction a top priority in training cadets. In one document, the Academy’s superintendent flatly states “Systemic racism exists in our society.” We will continue to keep the spotlight on efforts to attack our military and its future leaders from within.
  • And we recently forced the release of blockbuster government documents from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) related to federal funding for China’s controversial Wuhan Institute and its research to create Coronavirus ‘mutants.’ It is increasingly likely that U.S. funding in China and elsewhere for mutant virus, gain-of-function research may have been responsible for the emergence of the COVID pandemic in Wuhan. Judicial Watch has been the national leader in forcing accountability from our government about how taxpayer funds may have directly supported the spread of COVID. These continuing revelations should prompt criminal investigations!

I am proud of our researchers, investigators and attorneys digging in and fighting successfully on these fronts.

I am also deeply grateful to the hundreds of thousands of Americans whose support is the indispensable lifeblood of our work on behalf of the rule of law...and the reason we’re having such great impact in the courts!

But our caseload keeps growing, as we confront new challenges to the rule of law and the “people’s right to know” by the hyper-politicized, hard-left Biden administration.

And frankly, that’s why we so urgently need you to join the Judicial Watch team today.

I am sure you can understand, as Judicial Watch takes on the deep-pockets of federal and state government lawyers in the courts, how we rely on patriotic Americans like you to give us your support!

You see, giving us your support is absolutely essential to helping us hold government officials and corrupt politicians in both parties responsible for their actions and demand accountability...all while educating millions of Americans about what our government is up to!

I hope you will join with us, and make a special contribution today so we can continue to successfully fight for the rule of law on these and other essential conservative policy fronts.

Thank you, in advance, for giving us your support!

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
