It’s hard to believe that we’re approaching the end of another year, but it’s a great time to look back at all we have accomplished as a union in 2023. From pay increases and record organizing growth to legal victories that protected our members’ collective bargaining rights, 2023 was a banner year for AFGE and all the federal and D.C. government employees we represent.
