Missouri Annual Conference Releases 20 Churches During Special Session
The Missouri Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church voted on its Board of Trustees’ recommendation for 20 United Methodist churches to disaffiliate from the Conference and UMC during a special session on Saturday, November 18. The churches represent 4% of the United Methodist Churches in the state. The Missouri Conference has approved a total of 111 disaffiliations since 2021.
