John: The Florida Supreme Court is deliberating on whether to uphold the state's 15-week abortion ban.
If this decision is upheld, a near-total ban on abortions after 6 weeks will go into effect in 30 days.
In this time of unprecedented rollback of reproductive freedom, we need to know where you stand:
Should the right to an abortion be constitutionally protected?

We can't believe we even have to ask this question in 2023 – but here we are. And if we want to stop the Florida Supreme Court from interfering in decisions between women, their families, and their care teams, we must pass a constitutional amendment to protect the right to an abortion, free from government interference.
That's exactly what Florida Women's Freedom Coalition is fighting for: abortion access in our state for our women who deserve to make these decisions with their families and providers without the government placing impossible restrictions.
As we strategize to get this ballot initiative on the books, we need to know from top supporters like you:
Should the right to an abortion be constitutionally protected?

Thank you for your continued support of our mission to protect the bodily autonomy of women and girls in Florida.
