Hi Friend, The 2020 Census is finally here, which means that all across Nevada, dedicated volunteers, organizers, and community leaders will be gearing up to Get Out The Census! The distribution of more than $675 billion in federal funds, grants and support to states, counties and communities are based on Census data. Low-income communities are disproportionately affected when vital programs and institutions are inaccessible. In order to guarantee that Nevadans have access to equitably- funded schools, hospitals, roads, public works, and other state services, every individual living in Nevada-regardless of status or age- must fill out the Census. Households can opt to complete the form online beginning March 12th. Census Day is April 1st!
