As news coverage and concern around coronavirus grow, staying proactive about your health is of the utmost importance. Coronavirus is serious and it’s important you know the latest information.

Here’s the latest from New York City:  
  1. If you are concerned, you should call 311 or your health provider immediately.
  2. To get real-time updates from the city, text COVID to 692-692.
  3. If you have a cold, stay home.
  4. New York City is asking all employers to evaluate their telecommuting policies and consider staggering arrival times to prevent overcrowding.
  5. All elderly people and people with existing respiratory conditions are advised not to attend large public gatherings.
  6. People who are sick should not visit elderly people and people with existing respiratory conditions.
  7. If you are feeling unwell and don’t know what to do, call your health care provider.
