WHEN WE ALL VOTE

Hi John!

Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) are where Black excellence and joy are at an all-time high — especially during homecoming season! That’s why When We All Vote, in partnership with BET's #HBweCU Tour, was on the ground engaging and mobilizing young voters to register and get out to vote this fall. Together, we brought information about voting and voter registration to more than 40,000 attendees of HBCU football games and homecoming tailgates on college campuses; including Howard University, Hampton University, Prairie View A&M University, Savannah State University, Alabama A&M University, and Jackson State University.

It was during these unforgettable weekends that we not only reveled in the spirit of reunion but also harnessed the power of our unity by engaging in important conversations about the state of our democracy.

These moments aren't just about celebration; they're about embracing our responsibility to make a difference and ensure our voices are heard in each and every election! When We All Vote’s commitment to transforming the culture around voting is more than a statement — it's a mission. And together, we can make an impact to shape the future of our democracy. While Election Day may be over this year, the work is far from over. As we set the groundwork for 2024, we are excited and proud to continue registering and turning out thousands of young people. Stay tuned for more exciting ways to partner, volunteer, and engage with us next year.
