Two years ago, we embarked on our Ballot Measure Rescue Campaign, a $5 million initiative dedicated to safeguarding direct democracy and preserving the integrity of ballot initiatives.
Today, our approach remains multifaceted: we're ready to litigate when required, spearhead aggressive "Vote No" campaigns against anti-democratic bills, and counter any suppressive measures that make their way to ballots. But the very core of our mission relies heavily on supporters like you.
Sadly, extremist politicians and vested interests are steadily eroding voting rights across our nation. Their tactics have evolved from voter suppression and redistricting to now targeting the significant strides we've made with ballot measures.
Thanks to grassroots supporters like you, our team at the Fairness Project has won over 30 people-powered ballot measure campaigns since 2016, changing over 18 million lives by expanding health care, raising wages, guaranteeing paid leave, and ending predatory lending directly at the ballot box when politicians refuse to act. Your support allows us to make this progress possible.
Contributions or gifts to the Fairness Project are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to the Fairness Project support its many efforts nationwide and any focus is at the Fairness Project’s sole discretion.
