In just the last quarter, the companies had combined profits of more than $15 BILLION! Even as they roll in the dough, Big Oil executives want even more. ExxonMobil
and Chevron have initiated two of the largest petroleum deals in U.S. history,
which would reduce competition and could give the green light to hike prices even higher. This is corporate consolidation on steroids!
ExxonMobil’s and Chevron’s deals likely violate anti-trust laws – and that’s why we need your help to urge the Federal Trade Commission to investigate and BLOCK

more political power. We already know that our political system is crawling with
fossil fuel lobbyists pushing to suck every last drop of oil from the Earth even
as our planet catches fire. Imagine how much worse it could get if those
companies got more resources. Fossil fuel lobbyists would double down harder to undermine our democratic processes, thwarting government clean energy initiatives at every turn.
Here’s the bottom line, Friend: letting corporate dirty energy giants eliminate or buy out the competition is a
dangerous game.
The fossil fuel industry was widely condemned for price gouging during the covid
