Countywide Reassessment

The Beaufort County Assessor's Office mailed Reassessment Notices to all Beaufort County property owners with their new property value, which will be used to calculate your 2023 Property Tax Bill.

Should you disagree with your value, you must appeal it before the December 11, 2023 deadline.
