Dear John,

I want to give you a quick update on the incredible the pro-life advocacy happening in Oregon communities right now.

Hundreds traveled to Ontario to participate in the inaugural 40 Days for Life campaign.

In spring 2023, Planned Parenthood opened an Ontario location just across the border from Idaho to encourage abortion tourism from Idaho. But they were met with a wildly successful 40 Days for Life campaign this fall, with at least one life saved because of their peaceful, prayerful presence.

ORTL Community Outreach team visits pregnancy resource center in Yamhill County.

Our community outreach team has been busy making connections with pregnancy resource centers. Recently, our team visited Vine Medical Pregnancy Health Clinic in Lafayette and learned about all the wonderful programs they’re using to help women and families.

Pro-life students at Oregon State are creating education opportunities for their peers.

On Thursday, the “Beavers for Babies” club at Oregon State University hosted Jennifer Milbourn to tell her story about discovering that she survived a suction aspiration abortion. Students and community members were encouraged through the evening of connections.

I am so encouraged by the movement we are seeing as we build a culture of life here in Oregon!

Because everyone deserves an advocate,

Lois Anderson

Executive Director
