Extremists in the Republican Party have taken over Congress — electing a Speaker of the House who has dismissed the threat of climate change, voted against LGBTQ+ equality and reproductive rights, and tried to overturn the 2020 election results.

One of his strongest supporters? Arizona Congressman Eli Crane, who celebrated the overturning of Roe v. Wade and supports an abortion ban with no exceptions for rape or incest.

Just like Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene, Eli Crane is an extremist Republican who puts political showmanship above making progress. Arizonans deserve better.
