John, I apologize for reaching out on the weekend -- but I need to lay out the stakes of our race.

We have received a lot of good news in this race:

✅ Our far-right opponent Mike Garcia is losing popularity in the district, fast. His extreme views on everything from supporting a nationwide abortion ban to cutting critical benefits for seniors caused his approval rating to sink by 9% in the last month.

✅ Political experts agree that the tide is turning in CA-27. Our race is rated a “toss up” and a key to the fate of the House majority. Flipping this district blue and winning the majority for Democrats would help give the people of this district the real leadership they need.

But, Mike Garcia and the national GOP won’t go down that easily:

❌ Fox News has already attacked our campaign with smears and lies. The number of attacks on our movement -- from Republican groups, representatives, and more -- will only increase as we move closer to 2024.

❌ Super PACs including those associated with GOP leaders like Kevin McCarthy are openly investing millions of dollars into toss up races like ours.

As you can see, the stakes could not be any higher. I’m committed to winning this seat and moving CA-27 forward, but I need your support today to get it done. Can I count on you to chip in $3 or anything you can afford toward our campaign?
