Last month, new electoral maps went into effect here in North Carolina.
North Carolina Republicans took a fair map of 7 Republican and 7 Democratic Congressional seats and turned it into 10 Republicans, 3 Democrats, and one toss-up. The Congressional map basically ensures that the GOP stays in power in North Carolina for years to come.

I want to be clear where I stand: Voters should choose their elected officials, not the other way around. I won this race in 2022 because North Carolina voters had a chance to have their voices heard and pick the candidate with the best ideas.
Now, the NC GOP has drawn the districts in such a way that Republicans have the upper hand - no matter what the voters believe.
I’ll always fight against partisan gerrymandering to make sure every single North Carolina voter has a voice in our elections. But I need to hear from you on this:
