Hi team — We wanted to take a moment to make sure you saw Nikki’s message last week about her work to fight on behalf of veterans in Congress. As the granddaughter of two World War II veterans and a member of the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, the fight to ensure those who’ve served receive the critical care, support, and resources they deserve is deeply personal to Nikki, which is why she’ll never stop advocating for their needs. As she continues her fight to pass critical legislation like the Veterans in STEM Expansion Act, we need to show Nikki’s colleagues in Congress that she has a groundswell of support from our grassroots movement.

To those of you who have served, are currently serving, or have a family member or loved one in the armed forces, I want to take a moment to say thank you. As the granddaughter of two World War II veterans and a member of the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, I am personally committed to ensuring veterans have access to the benefits they’ve earned after putting their lives on the line for our country. From introducing legislation to help veterans overcome financial obstacles and find good-paying jobs in STEM fields, to supporting female veterans who experience unique challenges after returning home — I’m working day in and day out in Congress to improve the lives of the dedicated people who have served our country.
