We'll be discussing our canvassing and coalition building efforts for AZ Works Together, learning about upcoming labor actions from AZ workers and organizers, and debriefing from yesterday's pro-Palestine protest on ASU's Tempe campus. Really Really Free Market
Join Phoenix DSA along with mutual aid and sustainability orgs from around the valley for Tempe Really Really Free Market tomorrow in Daley Park from 8am - 10am! Really Really Free Market is a monthly mutual aid action. No swaps or exchanges necessary, this is not charity. If you have goods to give or are in need, please come and join us in this community space. If you see something you want or need, it's yours.
Please treat this space with respect. No dumping: Clean up after yourself. And if you bring something that is not taken during the market, you must take it home with you.
Arizona Works Together
Our chapter priority campaign, Arizona Works Together, is progressing at an impressive rate! We have gathered thousands of signatures from all around Arizona with help from groups like Tucson DSA, ASU YDSA, AANHPI, IBEW 640, UAW Region 6 and many more. Our legislative coalition continues to grow, as AZ leaders recognize the importance of repealing anti-worker "right-to-work" laws and creating an affirmative right to organize in this state.
