John,
It has been the privilege of my life to serve this community -- as a Councilmember and Mayor in the City of Glendale, and as your representative in the California State Assembly for the past seven years.
As rewarding as it is fighting for our progressive values in Sacramento, nothing is better than getting to go across our district to meet our community members where they are.
But to do that, we have to make sure we have the resources to stay visible in the community – through yard signs, organizing staff, and canvassing materials for dedicated campaigners supporting the first progressive woman to be elected to CA-30.
With the March primary right around the corner, our organizing efforts are gearing up. That’s why I'm asking you to chip in $3 ahead of our holiday canvassing efforts.

Canvassing with Action Democrats of the San Fernando Valley
As part of this community, and as a parent, I know the complex issues local families face. I want to always make sure I’m championing what matters most to us.
In Congress, it’s my promise that every vote I make will be grounded in whether or not it truly meets the needs of this district -- whether it’s fighting for dignified wages and mitigating climate change, or defending reproductive freedoms and the rights of our LGBTQ+ friends and family from far-right attacks.
So, with less than three months until our March primary, would you consider chipping in $3 to help us gear up our grassroots, door-to-door operation ahead of the holidays?
