Today, I proudly endorsed my friend Abigail Spanberger to serve as the next Governor of Virginia.

Since we first campaigned together during the 2018 cycle, I’ve had the privilege of seeing Abigail’s energy, determination, and unwavering commitment to public service up close.

In Congress, she passionately defended our democracy when it was threatened, and fought to protect the rights and freedoms of all Americans.

Virginia is facing complex challenges, but Abigail is no stranger to a tough fight. As Governor, she’ll be the steadfast leader Virginia needs — and ultimately, build a stronger, freer, and more prosperous Commonwealth.
