The Florida Legislature recently passed a devastating six-week abortion ban, which provides almost no exceptions for cases of rape, incest or the health of the mother – stripping away our reproductive rights.

As you may know, I've spent my career fighting for women's rights and ensuring access to reproductive health care. That’s why I co-founded the Florida Women’s Freedom Coalition to save abortion access in Florida.

This abortion ban is a direct assault on women's autonomy and our ability to make decisions for ourselves and our families. Government now has the power to dictate our futures, whether it's in the privacy of our own homes or in a doctor's office.

But we refuse to let our rights be trampled upon. That's why the bipartisan Florida Women's Freedom Coalition was formed to help guarantee access to abortion in Florida through a state constitutional referendum.

Our coalition is working tirelessly to help collect nearly 900,000 valid petitions to trigger the referendum, and we’re working with all voters across Florida to secure more than 60% of the vote in November 2024.
