John,
Last night another court threw out a bogus lawsuit attempting to ban President Trump from the ballot – our 2nd victory this week.
A Colorado court ruled for our client – the Colorado Republican Committee – rejecting an attempt to remove President Trump from the ballot in a massive win for your right to vote. Earlier this week, a Michigan court agreed with our amicus brief filed on behalf of the Michigan Republican Party, along with six additional state Republican Parties.
We’ve now helped secure victories for voters’ rights in Colorado, Oklahoma, Minnesota, and Michigan, but our legal fight continues in Virginia and West Virginia, as the Left’s “disqualification” campaign is unrelenting.
Your right to vote is sacrosanct, and we will defend it all the way to the Supreme Court.
But to have the resources we need for this massive legal battle – the biggest fight to defend the Constitution and your right to vote we've ever engaged in – we need each and every one of you.
As we prepare to defend these rulings on appeal, have your gift DOUBLED through our Faith & Freedom Drive.

We’ve won in every single one of these cases that’s been ruled on, but it only takes one case – one judge – to disenfranchise millions of voters. Take urgent action with us.

Update: Judge Throws Out Left’s Ballot Lawsuit.
What Hamas is doing to the Jews in Israel – atrocities at times exceeding the horrors inflicted by the Nazis – is crushing to the very core of humanity. Yet, around the globe and even within the Biden Deep State, Hamas’ barbarity is being celebrated.
This evil should outrage every single one of us. It demands swift action.
This week, we submitted 4 critical legal demands to the U.N. on behalf of the hostage families and filed a new lawsuit against the Deep State over its dangerous betrayal of Israel. We will defend Israel on every front.
We need you more than ever as we drastically expand our legal work here in the U.S., at the U.N., and with major meetings coming up across Europe as we defend the hostages. Today we urgently need your Tax-Deductible support. Have your gift DOUBLED through our Faith & Freedom Drive.

We just sent an urgent demand letter to a Texas school on behalf of a teacher who was notified by her principal that she could not participate in See You at the Pole, a national event where millions around the country gather at flagpoles to pray. The reason? Because students might see her and join in.
The principal claimed a teacher praying in public was against the law.
On the contrary, the Constitution protects the rights of students and teachers alike to exercise their faith, even publicly, so long as they are not doing so in a coercive way.
Our demand letter insisted that the school stop infringing on our client’s First Amendment rights. If they refuse, we will take further legal action in court.

The ACLJ deals with many weighty subjects in our legal fights for Faith, Freedom, Life, and Liberty.
But we know entertainment can be an effective tool in defending and upholding the values we hold dear.
So we’re proud to announce our first-ever full-length feature film – the heartwarming Christmas comedy Jingle Smells.
This feel-good family movie premieres on Rumble this Thanksgiving Day, but you can pre-order it right now.
