This report confirms some of our greatest fears about climate change and our future way of life. I truly believe that if we don’t act now, it will be too late to reverse the trend.

That’s why I am not waiting to take action, John.

We need every single person and organization involved in fighting back. For my community, that means bringing farmers into the climate solution.

I’m so proud of my Future of Agricultural Resiliency and Modernization (FARM) Act. I’ve worked really hard to get this bill written and it’s one of the few bills in the country with support from the League of Conservation Voters and the Farm Bureau. We can get this done, but we need Congress to actually bring it to a vote!

This landmark piece of legislation will bring our farmers into the climate solution. We need agricultural businesses to help us cut carbon emissions. Without them, we’re never going to hit our goals.
